2. Orders and Delivery

- Order processing time: 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.

- Orders placed after 19:00 (UK time): processed the next business day.

- Estimated delivery time: between 6 and 10 business days from the order date.

- Delivery area: United Kingdom only.

- Shipping fees: free for all orders within the UK.

- Couriers: reputable domestic and international partners chosen according to destination and availability.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or peak-season delays.


3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
For customer convenience, MyTidyMate extends this return period to 30 days.

Return conditions: items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and instructions.
Return shipping costs: borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return address: provided by email once your request is approved.
Please do not ship any item before receiving confirmation from our support team.


4. Refunds

Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are processed within 14 days maximum after we receive the product or valid proof of dispatch.
In most cases, MyTidyMate issues refunds within 7 business days using the original payment method.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to product availability (e.g. model, size, colour).
Please contact our customer service at contact@mytidymate.com to initiate an exchange.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
Such products are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on their product pages.


7. Payment and Pricing

- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

- Currency: All prices are displayed in British pounds (£), including applicable taxes (VAT where applicable).

- Price changes: MyTidyMate reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders already confirmed will be billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.


8. Legal Guarantees

All products are covered by statutory guarantees under UK law, including:

- Consumer Rights Act 2015: products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

- Hidden defects or faults: customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if a defect is confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

MyTidyMate is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential loss arising from the use of products.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the item concerned.


11. Consumer Mediation and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may contact a UK alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body for free, as outlined in the Consumer Rights (Competitors and Trading Standards) Regulations 2015.
